Does anyone know who is surveying land in Guernsey County WITHOUT PERMISSION? I was gone for a few days and came back to find that two parcels had been surveyed while two adjoining parcels had not. Friends in Cambridge township are also finding stakes and survey tape and don't know who put them there. All parcels that I know of are on Old Twentyone Rd.
