are there any establish land groups in Potter County

does anyone know if there are any established land groups in Potter CO. besides just web groups. My lease is coming due ealry in 2011 and I am interested in joining a group if possible to leverage our positions. I am located in Harrison Valley.

I heard this didn't go anywhere at this time. They had some interest but no real offers.

So whats next for Potter county... I do here that the leases are at least approaching 3K per acre bonus now woth 20%.
