Yes there is Alm.  If you are still looking for a buyer contact me @ jlhanch@nc.rr.com   Study the fine print of your lease though before you offer it up.  Leases don't automatically  expire when they say.

I own 25 acres in west branch township potter county and am looking to sell the mineral rights due to hardship. They are leased until July 2016. Is there anybody buying mineral rights in this area?

An active site??  What type of activity are you considering folks?  4-County activities have revolved around keeping the membership and public informed on all matters relating to the region's shales and infrastructure growth, and how global resource demand has affected us. Many within the Group have strived to "grow" the group to make it more noticeable @ meetings across the USA, and been very successful!  Our total acreage in NY is 111,000, and in Potter/McKean 119,000 AC.  When companies request our shape files they are getting an eyeful! Local news reported months ago on pipeline expansion within the area, esp. gathering lines capable of reaching spots never before marketable.  Learn what's next.

Unconventional shale activity throughout PA is now in the later  stage of infancy.  Good news!

I just wanted to let you know about an upcoming Seminar Series through the YPE called Energy Industry Training Series- It’s 12 part series, although you can just attend one or two if you like. The first Seminar is in June, and gives a complete overview of both the Marcellus and Utica plays.

You can learn more here!

My family has property in Elk County and have lease it to Allegheny Enterprises. They drilled a shallow well on the property to hold the lease. We are looking to talk to anyone who has a lease with Allegheny Enterprises that is experiencing the same problem.

how are people marketing their land in McKean County?  Are you guys actively searching for landmen and/or companies?  We have rights in both Potter and McKean and are curious of the process.  Thanks!

After all this time, It's good to see Janice has finally disclosed her financial interest in the 4 county group

However, I believe the question was " how much of the bonus and what percentage of royalties do you take for your efforts"

Your percentage of the bonues payment, as spelled out in your " channel partner agreement contract" with CoExprise will suffice as an answer.

In the interest of full disclosure to all involved will you post a copy your "channel partner agreement contract" with Coexprise on their website

My family has mineral rights in Potter County, PA, West Branch Township and I'm researching the fair market pricing for leases in that area.  After paying a very modest price for the first 5 year lease the company has substatially upped the price after we pushed back a little bit.  I'd really like to know what others are getting per acre, how long their leases are, if they're getting a percentage of the output, etc.

Tread carefully with some of these land owners groups. Some play the insecure land owner card and tout the benefit of a good lease, as if there are some secret clauses in their posession.

When in reality, a well versed attorney can draw a comparable lease, if not one tailored more to your personal situation.

Further, in Ms Hancharick's group's case. Aside from taking a portion of your bonus money and a portion of your royalties, you must keep in mind you are signing a contract with Coexprise, the Experts. If you do not accept their results of their bidding process and lease (which will be the group's lease) and decide to go lease on your own, you are still obligated to pay Coexprise their bonus and royality fee. Ouch.

And as for Ms Hancharick, she is being paid by Coexprise, so just consider what you hear very carefully and don't be sold a bill of goods from a landman or a landowners group headed by a company that takes.

Don't sweat it for now Bonnie, if they are looking to drill something that will truly affect your property, they will be back, if they were just looking to hold acreage to keep someone else form leasing it, then you are better off.
