Just by chance ran across this intermediate finding in two cases before the PA Middle District Federal Court.  Two Tioga County landowners have sued Dominion.

""Like Fay, the Robbins allege that the buffer zone around defendant’s storage field prevents them from entering into a commercially reasonable lease or other agreement for the exploration, extraction and collection of natural gas deposits located on their property."

Thank you Mr Ladd.

Holy shit!!

As I understand it, Dominion plans on another pipeline through my prop.   Again, they already have one and have had it since I acquired the property.  Nevertheless, I have rejected offers from numerous energy companies.  These energy companies are privy to that info.  The projected pipeline will run parallel to the current one.  I am thinking " no harm no foul" .  I do not recall anything about storage facilities under the pipeline.  Anyway, thank you for information.
