Just curious...

I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

Hi Josie - The group that Jackie Root was putting together. I am unsure what its name was - maybe part of R&R? They had meetings in both Tioga and Potter Counties. I guess I am just curious to see what folks have been doing if their leases expired or are going to. We are right at the 5 year point for when East was doing their last round of leasing before they sold to Shell.

I am right outside of Blossburg and PVR is putting a pipeline through my property sometime in 2015. I also was told that Talisman is putting us into a unit (Jones) and a well, by 2017, will be going in on the property next to mine.

Did you agree to the ROW or did they go under your lease?

ROW

Are your at liberty to mention the terms and addendums you were offered or demanded and if they paid you in full upon ROW execution or will you have to wait until (or if) they decide to run the line(s)?

Hi Tom, I can't really discuss but They are putting in 2x8 inch lines and one 4 inch water line. They were flexible and did some things that made us happy. We get paid once the ROW executes.

Ok, good luck. We have not come to an agreement yet.

Tom, I contacted a few people on here that helped me, Mr Gass was a big help and so was Penn State. These companies usually pay $25 a linear foot. You can negotiate but know what these companies are paying out or they will walk if you get too aggressive.

Chris,

Where exactly are you guys located with respect to me? I'm on both side of Mt. Top road about a quarter mile east of Reynolds Road and adjacent to the state game lands access off Mt Top Road.

South Western was the company who contacted me. They wanted two lines to serve a pumping station at the RT 15/Mt Top intersection.

I am in Blossburg off of White st. ( dump rd. ) My property is just beyond Bloss Borough in Hamilton. The pipeline is coming from Morris Run, through the NSTWA land into my land and will connect to the Fredrick Unit site where the 7 lakes are. ( top of Blake rd in-between East Creek and White St.) They are putting a pad in next to my property and this pipeline will connect to that as well. PVR is the company but they were merged with Regency.

Yor quite a ways from me. I'm guessing your five years ahead of us up here.
