Just curious...

I am in Liberty township and a few months ago got an offer to buy my royalties for 1500 to 1800 per acre, but they would do a more in-depth look if I was serious which "mite change the numbers" slightly....even tho I am not drilled or receiving any royalties ..talked to a landsman rite b4 I contacted them and he advised caution as there will be "significant" activity in my area in the "near future"....how about it, anybody else get an offer or hear anything or see any activity here in Tioga Co. ?

SWEPI may just have unloaded 57 pages of assets in Elk Twp (Marshlands) to Tilden Marcellus Holdings. (CONVEYANCE/ASSIGNMENT MAR 27, 2019 - Landex)
Also recorded was a mortgage to TILDEN MARCELLUS LLC from WHITE OAK GLOBAL ADVISORS LLC. And, there is an SEC filing ref Tilden's intent to raise $10M, $25K minimum investment.

It's definitely true. Exactly what they would sell for what price isn't something I have details on. My guess is that they would sell anything at the right price, however.

Gas wells fraced over the past year in Tioga County, PA
Data from the FracFocus.org Registry

Rockdale Marcellus, LLC:
Lynn 719 4H
Harer 713 2H, 4H

Seneca Resources:
DCNR 007 Pad K 123, 124, 125, 116

SWEPI:
Kinnan 845 21H, 23H, 25H
Houck 433 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H

Southwestern Energy:
Connolly A 2H, 7H, 8H
Cupper 5H, 10H
BLISS 4H, 6H

4/30/2019

A notable omission.....Painter 2H is missing from the list; came online in Sept. 2018; Spud date 2/28/2018

Surprisingly, SWEPI leads with over 40% of the fraced wells. A total of 24 wells?.....seems like a pretty short list.

Why? Price of NG?

WAG anyone?

Perhaps the operator didn't report it.  Travis Peak reported a frac completion date of 1/5/2017 for Painter 1H.

Curious....as you can see the spud date for 2H was 13 months after 1H was fraced.

Makes you wonder how many other wells may have gone unreported, not that it matters, unless it is your well. haha

The primary purpose of the Registry is to make the frac fluid ingredients public.  But otherwise, in PA,  the public has to pay for completion information.  (Which is why I included the source of the data.)

I just ran across an article about the possibility of SWEPI pulling out of Tioga County.  It portrayed one of my posts to this group as 'an email from a reliable source'. No, I never contacted this person.

From what (little) I've read, Pin-Oak is interest in wet gas, which would rule out Tioga County.
