We have 30 acres that appear to be right between of those locations, but don't live in the area. Curious to know if any folks have updates...

Permalink Reply by Tim Yoder on March 4, 2012 at 2:57pm Heard they are in the process of developing the well. On Thursday a rig was set up on site and what looked like two flare pipes set up. Have not seen any flaring yet. The local rumor is 5 to 7 more wells to be drilled in the area this summer. Waiting to see new permits.

Have heard of two more wells south and west of Troyer, but no permits yet. CNX has quite a large position HBP in Bucks twp. Just found out our land was a part of the CNX/Hess joint venture. We are south of Ragersville about 2 miles. Don't know if this is good news or bad, guess we will wait and see like everyone else.
