Heard they are in the process of developing the well. On Thursday a rig was set up on site and what looked like two flare pipes set up. Have not seen any flaring yet. The local rumor is 5 to 7 more wells to be drilled in the area this summer. Waiting to see new permits.

Tim, any specific info where the new wells will be? Our land is in Stone Creek. Just watching to see what's happening around us.

JR,

Have heard of two more wells south and west of Troyer, but no permits yet. CNX has quite a large position HBP in Bucks twp. Just found out our land was a part of the CNX/Hess joint venture. We are south of Ragersville about 2 miles. Don't know if this is good news or bad, guess we will wait and see like everyone else.

A neighbor told me he drove by on monday and they appeared to be flaring it.

i heard some number on BOE oil  that were just way off the charts...and wanted to see the real facts......not just rumour.

It seems the rumor mill is running hot and heavy. I have heard everything from no good to high pressure. What #'s did you hear?

Our attorney just told me he's heard they haven't flared it yet and that they've pushed it back...
