An O&G atty recently told me there's a rumor that leasing is getting pretty slim in Tusc. IE, low lease offers and hard to even get an offer. Said the companies are unsure of true production numbers in the county...this seems contrary to everything else I've read. Anyone else hearing something similar?

We are also HBP by Randell Oil. Since October they've been telling us they're in negotiations to sell our lease, but now I'm wondering if they held out too long and missed the boat? It's not easy for me to get to the recorders office to see if we've been flipped but ODNR still lists our unit as Randell Oil.
Carroll county is the hot spot at the moment and all of the activity is there. CHK, true to form, leased far more land than they could ever really produce.
