Ok....so you did your homework, joined a group or had a lawyer do a great job on your lease you signed....you even got paid the signing bonus on time.
NOW WHAT?
You sit around and wait......like waiting to hit the lottery...a call...or a letter...your in a unit and the drilling is scheduled to start....that is what we wait to hear.
What can be done to increase your chances of being drilled on sooner than later?
Is there something a landowner can do to make thier parcel more attractive?
I never gave this much thought before...but we are just pawns in this big chess game. All the factors that come to play in determining when/where a well will be drilled are outside of our control. All we can do is wait....and wait.....
