Sublease from Clinton wells

Anyone know of any of the "Clinton Queens", local O/G companies,  making deals to sublease the deep rights to the big drilling companies? 

 

I have heard rumours that deals are being made....but no specifics.

My question is related. I am in Guernsey county where I believe we are behind Tuscarawas county when it comes to having drilling units solidified. Are there an success stories from Tuscarawas of landowners renegotiating the old lease when asked to modify for a larger pooling unit? Anyone negotiating for a larger % of the royalty or a regotiating bonus per acre? Also, does anyone know of a landowner group of folks whose land is HBP?
