I assume you mean Wednesday, Nov. 2.
What is the scope of the meeting? Will leases be offered?
This is an organizational meeting, its up to you guys how you want to proceed.
Yes, Nov 2

What are you organizing? Are you a landowner or a landman?

I am not a landman, I represent landowners to get the best lease possible.  I will go over my history, discuss leasing issues to be aware of, give attendees several options, and then they will decide how they want to proceed.
I am still confused.  Are you acting in a legal capacity?  Or are you acting on behalf of a commercial enterprise, which, I thought, was not permitted on this listserve?

I give no legal advice, I make it very clear that I am not an attorney, and advise everyone to have an attorney to review any document before signing anything.

And I have stated multiple times on multiple posts that I am affiliated with Co-eXprise, which represents landowners in negotiations for leases. Mr Mauch has never objected to anything I posted and is free to do so if he wishes. Or even delete this thread if he so desires.

At the end of the meeting. the landowners present have the full choice to proceed as they see fit with several options.

I have a tentative meeting in Venango County November 16th to discuss options for landowners as well as the leasing process.  This meeting will cover issues that every
landowner should understand before signing a lease.  Jason, works for Shell and he agrees and will tell you that every landownwer should talk to an attorney who works for you and not the O&G industry.

Just to follow up. There 2 additional landowner meetings scheduled
