What are you organizing? Are you a landowner or a landman?
I give no legal advice, I make it very clear that I am not an attorney, and advise everyone to have an attorney to review any document before signing anything.
And I have stated multiple times on multiple posts that I am affiliated with Co-eXprise, which represents landowners in negotiations for leases. Mr Mauch has never objected to anything I posted and is free to do so if he wishes. Or even delete this thread if he so desires.
At the end of the meeting. the landowners present have the full choice to proceed as they see fit with several options.
I have a tentative meeting in Venango County November 16th to discuss options for landowners as well as the leasing process. This meeting will cover issues that every

Just to follow up. There 2 additional landowner meetings scheduled

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
