We are interested in selling our 94.5 acres in Eldred Township. The mineral rights come with property. I did not know if anyone might know of any companies or people who might be interested. Thanks.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any companies that might be interested in buying mineral rights in Warren County. We have 94 acres that is not leased and we are looking to sell.

Comment by jason on September 6, 2013 at 3:49am Thanks Jeff. Just watched the well tender drive up the road followed by a flatbed semi with a mini excavator on it. I think they are working across the road. They will probably be replacing this old gas line that runs next to my driveway
