Mineral Rights Transfers in the County

I saw in Saturday's Marietta times Realty transfers, Alliance Petroleum Corp to Artex Energy Group LLC mineral deeds for $1,780,365.  It was listed for Admas, Aurelius, and Salem townships.  Does anybody know what might be going on in this area.  I know from a meeting I attended put on by PDC that they were going to drill in some of those areas.  Is this related to those or something new?

I saw these in the paper also. Both of these companies have transferred ground to Anadarko in the last few months. Some of this ground boarders mine. Chesapeake has also got HSP leases in our area which Enervest is involed in. Chesapeake's JV partner, TOTAL paid $15,000 per area for some of this ground which is listed as being in the 10 twp in Ohio. Does that make ours worth the same as we are in the Wet Gas phase?
