Morrison Well Update

The Morrison Well on Rt 88 in Mecca Twp is located approximately 10 miles east of the Geauga Co. line.Tonight the trucks were lined up delivering the frack sand.  This well should be placed in production in about 60 days.  Stay tuned.Continue

I have heard they are testing the core samples pulled from the well to see how much they would be able to produce from the well.

James, The well has been drilled vertically and  from what I hear they put a fence around the well sight and everything is gon including the security and the guard shack.

Hello All, I am organizing an oil and gas meeting in Thompson Township on Thursday February 2nd. It will be an informational and discussion session starting at 6:30pm. Tom Henry, who helped form the Eastern Geauga County landowner group will be there to answer questions. The location is still TBD. Trying for the Methodist Church. Please save the date and time!

Not for sure but had a friend say he saw trucks headed that direction. Guess we will know in a few days.    Has anyone ever heard of Gas Lease Professionals?

The rig is gone but it was there about a week longer than they had planned.  all that was left today were the tanks, campers and a line of trucks picking up the rest.  From what they said they were taking this one down near canton.
