We are interested in selling our 94.5 acres in Eldred Township. The mineral rights come with property. I did not know if anyone might know of any companies or people who might be interested. Thanks.

I was just wondering if anyone knows of any companies that might be interested in buying mineral rights in Warren County. We have 94 acres that is not leased and we are looking to sell.

Comment by TheMap on January 2, 2013 at 4:27am Was the lady deceased or does your deed state she retains the gas/oil rights, but either way you probably don't own them but you should check with an attorney to see if in any way they revert to you.
