If someone owns the minerals of a unit and has more than 10% of the unit can they be forced pooled? I have heard conflicting ideas on this.Continue

A new pad is going in right outside of town limits in Mt. Pleasant. The Well will be near the Jefferson Co / Belmont Co line. If anyone has more info or a unit map please share.

Your first royalty check should arrive 3 months after. I would expect check late December early January. Of course baring any unforeseen problems."
