Appreciate the info. Did manage a road trip last week up to the well site. Lots of sand boxes sitting and truck traffic in and out but couldn't get too close. One person we did talk with told us about the same as you Martin.

Your first royalty check should arrive 3 months after. I would expect check late December early January. Of course baring any unforeseen problems."

Hi John-
Just curious, is your land in Jefferson County, Ohio? did they send the release letter before or after June 2011? We are also leased with Oxford, but doesnt expire till next yr. I am surprised that no one is jumping to re-sign you. thanks
