I just learned more about the situation in Pa. It's a Texas gas company that is trying to use eminent domain to take land from property owners. They want to take land from property owners who don't want to agree to their terms to let them snake gas lines through the property owner's land. The Texas company has to achieve the status of a utility company before it may do it. Citizens and local gas companies are protesting it. They should. I hope their government takes heed in respectively representing their local constituents
