I signed the unitization almost a year ago, under ? bad counsel ? Am I to understand that to be an amendment. Which may have extended existing agreement. Is there any options yet ? Like maybe when they decide to drill. What are your thoughts?
Paul i live on kerr dr i just signed $3000 per acre 18% gross royalities, thats the best they would give.

Paul, much of what you said is good news from my perspective. First off, you're negotiating at a pretty high level with your current oil and gas company. Secondly, you've become savvy and probably have a pretty good idea of what would be fair to all concerned. Good luck to you.
