Lisa, I believe there will be a state rep at the meeting on Monday at the Rogers sale restuarant.  I am trying to head up getting the message out that we need a minimum royalty law here in Ohio.  This is bacaues the in the brinker field there is only a metered royalty described for oil and then just 200 for a well on the property.  Many states require payment to the mineral owner of at least 12.5% for oil and gas.  Sharing this idea with our State senators and Rep is very importatnt.  I've already given a presentation to State Rep Sen Newbold, and Sen. Schiavoni.  State Sen Gentile has not returned my phone call and he is our Columbiana Senator.  If you only have time to send one letter I'd sent it to him.  Thanks- Rob
