Keith,

it has been a long while... we leased to AEP in Dec 2024, 5 years, 5 years renewed. Never was part of a drill. Leased expired. Started getting calls from agents. 

What is the current state of affairs in leasing? Located North of Woodsfield in Monroe County, OH

Just looking to temper expectations AND not get bamboozled. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Keith, when I logged in today a box came up stating that the network fees had not been paid and the site was in risk of being shut down.

Just want to thank you for all the work you have done for everyone learning about the Marcellus Shale. I have learned a lot and know that it is because of the job you have done. Am sure that everyone else feels the same way.Keep up the hard and good work!

I am thrilled to find your site and haven't yet had the time to "comb" it as well as I will - but have "sucked up" all your great photos and vids - trying to catch myself up with the industry, as much as possible. I think you have the best "shale" site on the web and want to applaud you for it - thanks so much.
