Anything activity in Harrison County

Just thought I'd post a discussion to see how everyone's doing and to see if any drilling's going on. I know with the state of affairs going on in the world right now the desire of easy money and early retirement has hit a wall.Nevertheless, a lot of the world has it worse than most of us. The fracking world seems to has hit the pause button for now.I'm hoping things will get back to normal sooner than later. If anyone wants to chime in great if not stay safe and God bless.See More

Hey William,

Both offers were from Avalanche.  Both were for the same amount - $250/acre - 12.5%  5-year term.  The first offer came around last April.  The other offer came a month or so after the first offered expired.

I never responded to the offer(s).

William, Our land is in the southeast section of Monroe County.  I put this question up for discussion (see Leasing Strategy) and just received a good response.  You might want to take a look.  Sounds like you are doing pretty well, though.

William, Did Shaleguy respond to your particular situation (i.e., being sandwiched between two leased properties and approaching a company with a deal)?  I have a similar situation and have wondered about the idea of approaching the company that has leased surrounding properties.
