A 20% increase? In Chemung County NY? Hah! Airport is booming, hotels, restaurants, folks are spending money. In the Star Gazette (4/15/10) they failed to mention OR even suggest the fact of those "gas well company's" setting up shop here in Horseheads are responsible for it!
