they are interested in southeastern and the central areas of the co but you need to have a block of 320 with you and your neighbors

We own 5 acres and it is in Tioga County, Wellsboro, PA. Wow...$5000 per acre, that's incredible. Where are you located?

You did not say how many acres you have. There is a new lease company Williams natural Gas/Thomson Development who is talking about $5000 per acre and 20% in some areas. Where is your property located? I spoke with their landman today!

Question: Does the land you purchased have the mineral rights with it or did the orginial owner keep them.

Question: Is Tioga in PA or NYS? if NYS they have what is called compulsatory Intergration which basically means if a land owner did not sign a lease with the gas company then the state requires them to offer the land owner a low % (I think 12%) and they must respond with in a short time period or they could lose out.
