JohnL replied to Lilly's discussion 'New Permit by Hilcorp' in the group Mercer County, PA
"Actually Hilcorp filed for 6 new drilling permits, all on existing pads in Mercer and Lawrence counties. All were for "conventional" wells as in not horizontal.  The permit for Jefferson Zigo was for a 5500ft vertical well.  What…"

"Bob, I still check in from time to time. Not much going on here. To answer your question, I'm going to guess that Hilcorp will be back once the cracker plant is up and running. Rumor has it that Hilcorp dropped any lease that did not figure…"

We haven't been contacted by anyone from Hilcorp but from our original maps that we were mailed the one well D7 runs directly under our property. And we were within the 3000' radius so our well was tested. We were then sent the papers we had to fill out that if we default on our mortgage that the bank will get the royalty payments. But all that was quite some time ago. Did you receive all the packets with the bore layouts and stuff on it for the well you are by?
