Will company take me to court before forced pooling?

Im trying to negotiate bonus. Company doesnt want to pay what I want. WILL they take me to court , force pool me ,or agree as spud date comes closer? OR just leave me out? Im apmost sure they have a unit planned. I was leased with them before and renewed but they didnt drill in those 10 years.
