My family and I hold  60 acres of o/g rights in Marshall Cty. The landmanthat we talked to told us that since we each only had 6 ac a piece that we had no way to negotiate anything(depth, bonus, royalty, formation) and if we didn't sign they would just stop drilling short of our acreage. Is there any merit to this.
