Hello my farm is in SE Allegheny County with a current offer from Chesapeak of 250 per and they are willing to be in the 14-15 range on percent. Who made you the offer and why I ask is that Beaver county is a client of mine, insurance, and we have been talking this Marcellus thing for sometime, I am with them this Friday. Thanks, Scott

I'm in Beaver county also and have been signed with Range Resources for a few years. What area of Beaver County are you from? I'm located in Independence Township.
sorry havent been reading updates on go marcellus as to where im in new sewickley twp. beaver county and am in the lease nego out of curiosity what u get per acre and royalty and leased years and whos your lawyer, and how did u make those decisions
what is the average distance between well sites in the marcellus,how many horizontals are typically drilled from a single well site of 4 to 5 acres,how are percentages figuered into an offer say the well has 2 horizontals is that 200 percent 2 x 100% and are these tied together and the production based as a whole of combined wells
