Permalink Reply by SA Frank on July 22, 2011 at 8:22am Sounds like a couple of landmen convincing everyone to jump quick...Do your own due diligence and get a number you are happy with and good terms on a lease. Keep in mind that the numbers are still going up. More players are moving into the area every day, and they all want what you have. Haven't heard of any natural gas companies walking away at this point.

Permalink Reply by W Moore on July 22, 2011 at 9:06am Anyone in millwood twp recived any money yet? Still not sure who or which to lease to! Seems alot of the leasing talk has slowed down a bit. How about some plus and minus from those who have signed already! Any regrets! My Amish and menonitte neighbors seems to have gone with Sun oil and Gas. Havent signed yet but think I am ready!
