Permalink Reply by Cheyenne on August 29, 2011 at 3:58pm My husband spoke with Bonnie (NALS) this afternoon. She advised that everything has changed since her offer last week. Bonnie said that her buyers are now focused only on properties north of I-70.
Not sure why south of I-70 is less desirable, perhaps it's due to the deep coal mining or the geology, or maybe it's just that someones dart didn't hit the map this far south.
We're probably better off to wait and see the results of the Utica well being drilled this fall in Southern Monroe County before commiting to a lease.
