Shelley, The best way to find a group would be to open the Ohio tab at the top of the page and join the following county groups: Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, and Harrison. You will find threads on all of the current groups and often their scheduled meetings. If you can, go to the group meetings and get a feel for how they are being run and get a copy of their proposed lease. Read alot and educate yourself, and don't sign anything too quickly.

You might want to do further research, I have found this site very helpful. It has everything from leasing to "what to expect" good luck.

I would look into everything, if it sounds too good it probably is!
