Hmmmm......if he says something (anything) and the deal does not happen, then he has egg on his face. He's playing it safe cuz there's 3 months left before the deal with the landowners are terminated with Knapp & MDS.
Sorry to say folks - this thing is DOA. If there was a deal, then they'd done gone git off the pot already.
Permalink Reply by SBRW on October 12, 2011 at 1:32am More than likely there was and or is offers - however they probably don't meet the Snyders current expectations/needs. Remember the Snyders from what I have heard do not need to sell and have the resources to sit and wait if needed even with the millions I am sure they spent on confirming all the leases involved.
While everyone involved hopes for the best - the best for some is way less than the ones controlling the sell. With this much property involved the sell would be limited to big time oil/gas. I would think with the 10yr term and 15% this would of went and it very well could still go but I am not involved in the industry and just speculating as everyone else.
Heck Mike who is involved can't say anything as just with any sell this big no one can say anything why would they when bonuses are such and they are instructed and told not to. Cross your fingers and hope something good comes of this soon for all those involved.
