Chris, depending on where you are & how much acreage you have the KWGD Guernsey Co. group is  accepting new members for the deal they have reached.

you can reach their office by phone at (330)-497-0700.  Ask to speak to Ryan Reaves, Machele McBurney, or Bonnie Yeaman.  Nathan Vaughan & Bill Williams are the attorneys representing the group, Ryan, Machele & Bonnie are part of the team assisting in the process.  If you want to view the website it is www.  kwgd  . com (with no spaces, thought if I put them in there that perhaps it would not blurr it out.)
