We got the call

We got a call from Anadarko and a well is going in on the property. This property is owned by 4 separate people, mineral rights by another..Surface ours for the time being . What a mess. We advised the mineral rights owner to get a lawyer and they flat out refused.. What to do..Im getting an attorney.

The guy did tell us he was in Lycoming co..and specifically stated they are coming north asap..

 

He said the "surface man" will negociate with us on surface issues.

I wasn't disagreeing with that.  Just saying that there are probably people in those groups who can give you some tips on what to expect when dealing with Anadarko.
