Hi - there has been recent activity and offers circulating within Clarion County. ABC, Tri County and also Troese Fryburg groups have all been in some process of receiving bids from gas companies. it is hard to discern the robustness of the offers since the names of actual gas companies are not revealed. More like gathering a collection of acreage to present to them. A concern from a land owner might be that one can tie up their land for an extended period and not have the recourse to join another group if for some reason no drilling occurred.
Can anyone weigh in on this- specifics are welcomed.
