So, why is Williamsport their featured "Typical Shell Energy Town"? The 10/05/11 ytd SPUD report (ERM+SWEPI) lists 3 wells in Lycoming County vs 138 in Tioga County.
The one possible explanation I find is that they do have a retail gas station in Williamsport. ... Which also brings up the question of why Shell isn't stepping up and committing to a public CNG fueling station in Tioga County,

Permalink Reply by Ann Ticopa on November 27, 2011 at 12:22pm Yes, that does appear to be the first ad and, yes, I did mistake "shale" for "Shell" in the voice-over. But I never got a good look at the end credits of the ota version so don't knowif it was also sponsored by the API.
