At this writing there are about 10 well pad locations near New Milford. They're close to my place so I called Williams to see if my lease had been traded or sold. Nothing yet. Just checked Landex and can't find any reassignments for my neighbors that are within pooling distance, either. Then called the courthouse and got nothing when asking about a declaration of pooling (no surprise-the wells won't be online for some time)  Obviously Southwest is here drilling and must hold leases but it's odd that none of the normal channels show any activity. 

Apparently patience is the order of the day. :)

New to this site and first post maybe this link will help out. A stromwater permit is the first step they have to take  before any ground is distured :

they are listed oldest first  , click on the Authorization ID , then next window the well pad site listed , then you will see the GPS or other info for the site or pipeline.

Thanks, Ed. I was just trying to say that the leases must be changing hands based on the local activity but I can't seem to confirm it.

Julia, all you have to do is enter County, Municipality, program (oil & Gas) and the beginning and ending dates. Then click "search". It'll show what permits have been issued. But wasn't this thread about leases being traded? haha

Mud maybe I read too much into it by your first post. IF new pads were being put in you can find them first on the site I posted but not the way I posted it. I see that my search didnot stay with that post and if you did one as you explained it may not give the

Expedited E&S Stormwater General Permit 1  and then you would get the following info (if it stays). My thoughts were if you had a lease with Williams and SW filed for a Expedited E&S Stormwater General Permit 1  that Williams & SW had a deal in progress.  sorry I did not feel my info was OFF TOPIC just one more way to find out what is going on.
