Does anyone know the current situation in Franklin Township. We own 1/4 of 50ac, not the surface, & were offered $1k/20%/5yr+3yrs. Is this the current going rate?

Permalink Reply by Guy Smith on February 2, 2012 at 4:20am Got an offer for $1K per acre per year 20% no surface from Tanglewood. A week later was contacted by EQT about the same property to revise a HBP lease. Alot of Franklin Twp is HBP are you sure your property is not already Held by Prod?
Permalink Reply by Ron Hall on February 2, 2012 at 4:33am What company? I have part of 80 acre mineral rights with rest of family in Wayne twp and was offered $1/12.5%/5yr+ by Northeast Natural Energy but ownership wasn't complete yet so now on hold since first part of Jan. '12.
