29% royalty?

Last week I heard a rumor that gulfport/ shell signed a lease in guernsey county ohio for $ 5000 an acre and 29% royalty. Has anyone else heard of this deal?

May be on the net; not the gross. My neighbor said his lease said "net"  big difference!

NET is a major difference.  It's so big I would never sign a "net" lease.  The only thing one can count on in this whole process is the cash money one receives when they agree to a lease.  Everything else is guesswork.
