On the ayerview well on route us 30 I was looking out my window and saw  the crain and about 2 hours later the drilling rig was down. are they done and what about everyone saying about multiple drilling I think this one had 2 Hor lines. nothing to the south at all.

I really don't believe anything that chesapeake tells people they just want people to sign and hold up their leases for the future.

To my neighbors around the lynchburg extension pipeline I hope you don't sign for 15.00 a foot better read the contract like myself and my neighbor to the south. we both turned it down

two big reasons  timber just paying what is worth now nothing for future growth

and the big one is multiple lines and no extra payment. all of what they want they don't want to hear from you as the homeowner.

Charles,

Thank you for reiterating what some of us have been saying for some time about CHK. I suspect they are all the same as well. You can not believe anything they say until it is in writing and signed. No exceptions.

Since you say they are permitted for 2 horizontal wells, possibly it isn't a rig that can 'walk' to another drill site 20 feet away so they had to dismantle it some to move it over for the next well. Just a possibility.

They had a big crane there for 2 days and now it looks like a new drilling rig not like the last one and I watched as about 3-6 trucks hauled pieces away. Up and running again .

I was thinking the same about maybe they had to move it to the next hole.

Chesapeake  was found to have flipped a bunch of leases to DEVON  in Guernsey County , Ohio see the attachment
