 3 - 4 weeks for site work

 3 - 4 weeks for Vertical Drilling

 3 - 4 weeks for Horizontal Drilling

 3 - 4 weeks to Frack

That's about right. Depending on what part of the state you're in the vertical may take much less time. The vertical hole in Ashland was done in 9 days because the total depth was only 3,950'. in Mahoning they've been working on a well since November of 2010.
