BONUS Payments

Good place to pass info regarding bonus payments.

Company: Shell

No of days in lease for payment of bonus: 90 banking days

Actual days: 86

Phone call from bank that money was deposited, but with a 3 day hold

 

My son and daughter got their notice from the bank also,

Lease was 90 banking days....

Actual days: 96

  I don't want to get into a dispute about CHK. My experience has also been very positive. If you go on their website and read their 2012 business plan, it's very logical and well-presented. Unfortunately, they wrote it before nat. gas prices tanked.

  I'm pulling for them. They've been on the list of best companies to work for several consecutive years. Maybe I'd feel differently if I knew all the facts  with the 95 landowners.

CHK bought a lease from a leasee that probably charged them a good bit of money. Had CHK read the leae they could have very well upped the anti to the landowners modified the lease to protect themselves. They took the lease as it was. Judge for yourself but I think CHK could have approached the situation differently.

Signed my Shell lease on Sept.16 , released from Range Resources lease Oct.15 , Bonus deposited Jan.9. Under the 90 business days despite mineral rights issues with 2 of my 3 parcels! (luckily the smaller of the three)

Sorry Mr. Halloran but I love my new Toyota Tacoma and Yamaha 700 Grizzly!

I did just get back from helping my fellow Americans by donating a few bucks to the economy in Las Vegas. Does that , at least , make me a worthy American? :-)

P.S. I recommend that anyone travelling to Vegas should visit The Golden Nugget Casino and view the "Hand of Faith" gold nugget on display there. Largest nugget ever found with a metal detector.....875 ounces of AWESOME!!!

Left 75 deg. sunny Vegas on Saturday afternoon and was plowing snow in good old PA on Sunday morning!
