Our land is in northwestern Venango Co. and I assume that the meeting is intended primarily for those landowners in the southern part of the county.  Am I correct with my assumption?

Any word on this meeting?

Are there any meetings scheduled anywhere in Venango County in the near future?

This is a newly formed group in Venango County:

I am representing several of the landowners who were represented or at least were advised by that group.   I have to take their cases to court because of the bad decisions they made...just last year!!

I'm aware of a Emleton meeting on the 22nd of MAR., I believe.  Local papers are mailed to me so my news isn't always rec'd in a timely manner.  If there are several groups being formed and meetings held in Clarion and Venango counties, get out and get the facts in person on each.  Ask your questions.  Multiple groups in one area are great for companies.  It's the joined acreage and personal committment of many within ONE region that gives bargaining clout, and multiple groups don't have it.  Look for the best representation based on logical criteria ... ASK! How many major energy deals have you successfully managed for and with Fortune 500 companies?  What's the reputation that your firm has established in the business world for using innovative techniques favoring your clients' wishes? What time frame do you use to accomplish these goals?  What does it cost me?

If anyone thinks mentioning Fortune 500 companies is "over the top", consider what company, what country, will ultimately be profitting from your resources?  They are ALL  major players.  Landowners not only NEED major representation, they deserve it ... and so do the future generations that will be living with today's decisions.
