BONUS Payments

Good place to pass info regarding bonus payments.

Company: Shell

No of days in lease for payment of bonus: 90 banking days

Actual days: 86

Phone call from bank that money was deposited, but with a 3 day hold

 

My son and daughter got their notice from the bank also,

Lease was 90 banking days....

Actual days: 96

Did the Southwest Airlines Package: 6 nights at the Excalibur including non stop round trip airfare from PGH. and a $40.00 meal ticket for $447.00 a head (when we booked) ! Nice AND Cheap!!

John,

  Yes & no. I operated independently through an O&G attorney, but camped onto an existing group at 11:59.5 of the process. In a world where timing is everything, the timing of this lease, in retrospect, was fortuitous.

   I'm being a bit circumspect about this because other property is still in the midst of the leasing process.

Can't comment to Linda article, they are not taking anything away from them, they are freezing it where it is now if you you hired before 2001.

HOW is that NOT screwing them?  Was YOUR pay frozen as of 2001?  They worked and agreed to the terms of their employment with the same expectation as union workers!

I repeat they are not taking anything away that they have already accrued.They are going from defined benefit plan to a company contribution based 401k as has most other companies have done including the Union.Salaried people hired before 2001.Any pension accrued up to 10/1/2012 they will still get,Hardly anyone salary works for gm anymore,they are contract employees.

you forgot, john, how Government Motors stole the retirement funds and benefits of those ALREADY retired!  Yep, nationalizing GM gave big bucks to the feds - what did they do with it?

Oh, you want to make it 'fair for everyone' the exclamation which makes me cringe!  Socialism/Fascism at it's worst!
