Does anyone know the location of this prospective well. We will be doing water analysis based on this well. We are in Salem Twp. but no permits have been issued yet.

Hi,

It's easy to find if you know your general area. Go to the Auditors office online http://www.columbianacntyauditor.org/propertymax/rover30.asp?sid=89...
And click in property search and add gologram. It seems all wells are named after the property owner the the pad sits on. I searched this name and half a page came up but I do not know that area too much.
Once you know your land is with in say 6000 ft as a crow flies take a drive. This site may already be staked. If it's staked like the one near me you will not miss it unless it is up over a bank.
If you still want more information call the cheseake number on your water testing paper work and tell them you would like to know if you are in this well or just close enough to warrant a water test. They will ask for your lease id number or if you don't have that just your parcel number. They are very friendly to talk too but they will not be able to tell you the exactly how much of your acreage is in the well unless its all of it. They can say it looks like half your parcel, all your parcel, 1/4, etc.
Have fun!

Thank you!

I'm curious too. I do know there were some Gologram's that lived on Leetonia Road just south of the columbia gas unit.  Don't know if this is where it is or not but we are having water tested too and we are in Salem Township.  When you get your water tested ask the testing agents where the pad is located.  The fellow that called from SAIC said that the guys would have that information.

Good info, Thanks!

This will probably be in the SE corner of Section 23 in Salem Township.  Just south of 558 off Grafton Rd- west side of the road.  Lots of Holloway and Cope land in that general vicinity also.   And it's on the Brinker Storage field.

Great, Thanks!

This is in my back yard.  It's amazing how all this can take place this close and we never heard of it. Did anyone hear of the McKinley well.  I don't think it is a Chesapeake well but I know it is a well pad.

Thanks for the information, you are really on top of this stuff.

I don't think there is anything in the area yet.    I don't think there will be much road work involved, it's not far off of ST RT 558 and the road I think they would use ( Grafton) isn't too bad.  Might take a little beefing up at the intersection but not like some of the other areas.
