Does anyone know the location of this prospective well. We will be doing water analysis based on this well. We are in Salem Twp. but no permits have been issued yet.

Permalink Reply by Corrho on April 13, 2012 at 2:03am I'm curious too. I do know there were some Gologram's that lived on Leetonia Road just south of the columbia gas unit. Don't know if this is where it is or not but we are having water tested too and we are in Salem Township. When you get your water tested ask the testing agents where the pad is located. The fellow that called from SAIC said that the guys would have that information.

Permalink Reply by Corrho on April 15, 2012 at 12:22pm This is in my back yard. It's amazing how all this can take place this close and we never heard of it. Did anyone hear of the McKinley well. I don't think it is a Chesapeake well but I know it is a well pad.

Permalink Reply by dr j on April 17, 2012 at 5:05am I don't think there is anything in the area yet. I don't think there will be much road work involved, it's not far off of ST RT 558 and the road I think they would use ( Grafton) isn't too bad. Might take a little beefing up at the intersection but not like some of the other areas.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
