This is for the whole state of West Virginia, and includes owners for surface tracts and lists, by county and district, of OGM ownership with legal description of the property. Also addresses for the owners, and in some cases the deed book (or will book) and page of the document passing ownership to the current owner.

Thanks but $275 is a little high for me to spend on this.  Guess I'll make a trip to the court house.
