Permalink Reply by dr j on May 25, 2012 at 5:33am We also have a local who signed a lease with them - I think in April. 5900/20%. I believe it was signed in April. They have been hear for a bit now.
Permalink Reply by dr j on May 25, 2012 at 2:22pm I have been working a bit more than normal so apologize for the typos- "hear" LOL. Fang- I am just reporting what a neighbor flagged me down to tell me.... he signed a lease for the above terms. Should be paid in July. Since his property is part of our original farm, and we have some complicated issues pertaining to our area, it was interesting they signed him at all. I subsequently spoke with the the Hilcorp land agent and he confirmed they did sign my neighbor and are interested in our area - but I am not sure he knows "what" to do or understands the situation. We will see if the neighbor makes it through the title search and gets paid. So unless the neighbor flagged me down to lie to me... .LOL - and I have no reason to believe he has any motive to do such........ just sayin....
