If you wash your car in your driveway, does the water run into a NYC Reservoir? If it does, you may never see any action. If it does not, then you only have to wait until New York State completes its studies regarding what rules it will have on drilling and also wait for the Delaware River Basin Commission to develop its own processes and procedures. So . . . drilling should be just around the corner.
